Alisa is the Co-Founder and Part Owner of Epic Alliance Inc. Epic Alliance finds and buys distressed properties, fixes them, finds tenants, and sells them to investor-partners. Working with Co-founder, Rochelle Laflamme, and overseeing a team of 56 employees, they now control over 32 million dollars worth of real estate. With investors from all over Canada, the company is looking to expand into the United States. A key element of Epic Alliance is the apprenticeship program, which helps women, Indigenous people, and single parents pursue careers in the trades. Alisa’s commitment to mentorship earned her a YWCA Women of Distinction award.
