Kendall has been working in telecom for over 12 years and thrives in the fast-paced and ever-changing market that is the communications industry. While working for Rogers in various roles over the past decade, she has developed a love for people management, creating high-performing teams and working in the business-to-business space, and has recently made a move into the network product management and infrastructure side of the business to help shape Rogers 5G future.
Her current team is focused on delivering superior network coverage and experience to Rogers customers, and works closely with the network technology development team on their forward thinking strategy, as Rogers moves into the next era of 5G. Kendall has held progressively senior positions within Rogers including different roles supporting Retail and Dealers, field sales, as well as held various program manager roles within the organization.
Kendall is passionate about helping female leaders find their path within the technology and communications industry, and has participated in several leadership programs in the past few years helping her find her voice to be an advocate and ally for stronger female voices at the table in all areas of business.
In her spare time she loves being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and you can usually find her by the water or on the ski hill depending on the season.
