Brenda Irwin est la fondatrice et l’associée directrice de Relentless Venture Fund, société de capital-risque spécialisée dans l’industrie des soins de santé. Possédant plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans ce domaine, elle a prouvé à maintes reprises sa capacité à sourcer, structurer et conclure des transactions financières. Avant de lancer Relentless Venture Fund, elle était associée à la Banque de développement du Canada (BDC), où elle a géré un portefeuille de 100 millions de dollars et cofondé un groupe d’investissement providentiel avec le champion olympique Simon Whitfield. Brenda est également cadre en résidence pour l’Investor Readiness Program de Life Sciences BC, associée de Creative Destruction Lab et ancienne membre du comité national de sélection de projets de Digital Supercluster. Par ailleurs, cette spécialiste du capital-risque et directrice chevronnée a siégé au conseil d’administration d’une vingtaine d’entreprises privées ou cotées en bourse et d’organismes à but non lucratif. Brenda a reçu plusieurs distinctions de son secteur : considérée comme l’une des femmes les plus influentes de la finance en Colombie-Britannique, récipiendaire d’un prix Top 40 Under 40 et nommée quatre fois aux Prix canadiens de l’entrepreneuriat féminin RBC, elle a fait partie en 2021 et 2022 du classement des 500 dirigeants d’entreprises les plus influents de sa province.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
