L&rsquo;entreprise est baptis&eacute;e Dreamcatcher Promotions en 2013 pour mieux refl&eacute;ter les services propos&eacute;s qui ne se limitent plus &agrave; la broderie. Michelle a d&ucirc; faire face &agrave; de nombreuses difficult&eacute;s au cours des cinq premi&egrave;res ann&eacute;es de son activit&eacute;, mais sa pers&eacute;v&eacute;rance lui a permis de r&eacute;ussir son parcours entrepreneurial. En 2018, Dreamcatcher Promotions est une marque bien &eacute;tablie, ayant gagn&eacute; en notori&eacute;t&eacute; et acquis une reconnaissance au sein de la communaut&eacute; autochtone. Michelle g&egrave;re les op&eacute;rations quotidiennes de la soci&eacute;t&eacute;, qui est la plus grande entreprise canadienne d&rsquo;objets publicitaires d&eacute;tenue par des Autochtones. Elle est &eacute;galement mentore dans le cadre du programme Side Hustle 101 du Red River College, qui aide de nouveaux entrepreneurs au d&eacute;marrage de leur activit&eacute;.
