Elle d&eacute;couvre le kombucha lors d&rsquo;un festival de yoga &agrave; Hawaii et, impressionn&eacute;e par les bienfaits de cette boisson pour la sant&eacute;, d&eacute;cide d&rsquo;en apprendre les techniques de brassage. En 2015, depuis la cuisine familiale, Michelle se lance dans le brassage du kombucha &agrave; temps partiel et, rapidement, se retrouve submerg&eacute;e sous les commandes de ses amis, sa famille et ses instructeurs de yoga. Partant de ce constat, elle cr&eacute;e sa propre brasserie de kombucha en 2016. En 2019, elle fait le grand saut et ouvre le premier bar &agrave; kombucha du Manitoba, et re&ccedil;oit un accueil chaleureux de la part de la population locale. Wolseley Kombucha est aujourd&rsquo;hui disponible dans plus de 80 magasins de d&eacute;tail et restaurants au Manitoba et en Ontario.
