Anim&eacute; par Sabine Soumare, directrice g&eacute;n&eacute;rale du <a href=\"https:\/\/wekh.ca\/?lang=fr\">Portail de Connaissances pour les Femmes en Entrepreneuriat <\/a>(PCFE), ce d&eacute;jeuner-conf&eacute;rence a mis en lumi&egrave;re les parcours exceptionnels de Dominique Anglade, entrepreneure, ex-politicienne et professeure associ&eacute;e &agrave; HEC Montr&eacute;al ; Martine St-Victor, directrice g&eacute;n&eacute;rale d&rsquo;Edelman Montr&eacute;al ; Nadine Renaud-Tinker, cheffe nationale de l&rsquo;&eacute;quipe de vente de carri&egrave;re &agrave; RBC Banque Royale ; et Dani&egrave;le Henkel, entrepreneure visionnaire et mentore influente.<\/p><p role=\"heading\">Les discussions ont port&eacute; sur trois th&egrave;mes cl&eacute;s : les obstacles persistants qui freinent l&rsquo;avancement des femmes leaders, le r&ocirc;le fondamental du mentorat et du r&eacute;seautage dans la progression de carri&egrave;re et les perspectives pour un leadership plus inclusif &agrave; l&rsquo;avenir.<\/p><p role=\"heading\"><strong>Briser les plafonds de verre<\/strong><\/p><p role=\"heading\">Dominique Anglade a donn&eacute; le ton en rappelant que briser un plafond de verre est un processus progressif, o&ugrave; chaque d&eacute;fi relev&eacute; rapproche un peu plus du sommet.<\/p><p role=\"heading\">Les femmes doivent souvent prouver leur valeur de mani&egrave;re r&eacute;p&eacute;t&eacute;e avant d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre reconnues, bien plus que leurs homologues masculins. Cependant, plut&ocirc;t que de voir ces exigences accrues comme un obstacle, elle encourage &agrave; les transformer en motivation pour repousser ses propres limites.<\/p><p role=\"heading\">&laquo;&nbsp;Say yes and figure it out&nbsp;&raquo; signifie oser avant de se sentir totalement pr&ecirc;te et apprendre en chemin. Tout au long de sa carri&egrave;re en politique et en affaires, elle a su avancer avec d&eacute;termination, m&ecirc;me lorsqu&rsquo;elle &eacute;tait la seule femme dans la salle.<\/p><p role=\"heading\"><strong>La force du r&eacute;seautage<\/strong><\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload_inited wp-image-100831\" src=\"https:\/\/wekh.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/CCdT-image-2.jpg\" alt=\"Six femmes diverses posant ensemble lors d'un &eacute;v&eacute;nement professionnel, debout devant un fond bleu arborant la marque du &quot;Club Canadien de Toronto&quot;. Elle a insist&eacute; sur l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;avoir des alli&eacute;s, des mentors et des sponsors qui croient en nous et nous encouragent activement &agrave; &eacute;voluer.<\/p><p role=\"heading\">&laquo;&nbsp;On ne r&eacute;ussit jamais seule. Trouver des personnes qui nous soutiennent et nous mettent au d&eacute;fi est essentiel.&nbsp;&raquo;<\/p><p role=\"heading\">Son parcours montre que les opportunit&eacute;s peuvent &eacute;merger de mani&egrave;re inattendue. Issue du domaine de la psychologie, elle n&rsquo;aurait jamais imagin&eacute; travailler dans le secteur financier. Pourtant, en saisissant des opportunit&eacute;s et en osant sortir de sa zone de confort, elle a su b&acirc;tir une carri&egrave;re florissante. &laquo;&nbsp;Derri&egrave;re les chiffres, il y a des histoires humaines, de l&rsquo;empathie et une vision strat&eacute;gique. C&rsquo;est ce qui m&rsquo;a attir&eacute;e vers la finance.&nbsp;&raquo;<\/p><p role=\"heading\">Elle a d&eacute;montr&eacute; que le leadership ne repose pas uniquement sur l&rsquo;expertise technique, mais aussi sur la gestion des relations, la communication et la capacit&eacute; &agrave; &eacute;voluer dans un environnement professionnel complexe.<\/p><p role=\"heading\"><strong>Le leadership commence par une transformation personnelle<\/strong><\/p><p role=\"heading\">Dani&egrave;le Henkel a abord&eacute; un d&eacute;fi majeur auquel de nombreuses femmes font face : le poids du regard des autres.<\/p><p role=\"heading\">&laquo;&nbsp;Trop souvent, nous laissons l&rsquo;opinion des autres freiner nos ambitions. Il faut apprendre &agrave; croire en sa vision et avancer malgr&eacute; les &eacute;checs.&nbsp;&raquo;<\/p><p role=\"heading\">Elle a soulign&eacute; l&rsquo;importance de changer de perspective sur l&rsquo;&eacute;chec, en le consid&eacute;rant non pas comme une fin en soi, mais comme une &eacute;tape essentielle vers le succ&egrave;s.<\/p><p role=\"heading\">&laquo;&nbsp;Je n&rsquo;ai jamais rencontr&eacute; une personne &agrave; succ&egrave;s qui n&rsquo;a pas connu d&rsquo;&eacute;checs. C&rsquo;est en tombant et en se relevant que l&rsquo;on devient plus fort.&nbsp;&raquo;<\/p><p role=\"heading\">Dans un monde o&ugrave; les femmes doivent prouver leur perfection avant d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre reconnues, oser &eacute;chouer devient un acte de r&eacute;silience et de puissance.<\/p><p role=\"heading\"><strong>D&eacute;construire le mythe du &laquo;&nbsp;having it all&nbsp;&raquo;<\/strong><\/p><p role=\"heading\">Martine St-Victor a mis en lumi&egrave;re une autre pression sociale pesant sur les femmes : l&rsquo;injonction &agrave; tout r&eacute;ussir.&nbsp; &laquo;&nbsp;Personne n&rsquo;a tout, et c&rsquo;est normal. Il faut apprendre &agrave; &eacute;tablir ses propres priorit&eacute;s et &agrave; refuser la culpabilit&eacute;.&nbsp;&raquo; Elle a d&eacute;nonc&eacute; cette pression qui pousse les femmes &agrave; exceller simultan&eacute;ment dans leur carri&egrave;re, leur vie familiale et sociale, souvent au d&eacute;triment de leur bien-&ecirc;tre.<\/p><p role=\"heading\">&laquo;&nbsp;Le vrai leadership, c&rsquo;est savoir dire non aux attentes des autres et se concentrer sur ce qui compte vraiment pour soi.&nbsp;&raquo; Son message &eacute;tait clair : il n&rsquo;existe pas une seule voie vers le succ&egrave;s, et chaque femme doit d&eacute;finir son propre &eacute;quilibre, en fonction de ses valeurs et de ses aspirations.<\/p><p role=\"heading\"><strong>Le mentorat : un levier puissant pour ouvrir des portes<\/strong><\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><\/figure><p class=\"has-small-font-size\" role=\"heading\">L&rsquo;&eacute;v&eacute;nement, qui s&rsquo;est d&eacute;roul&eacute; &agrave; guichets ferm&eacute;s, a r&eacute;uni 150 participants le 30 janvier<\/p><p role=\"heading\">A central theme of the panel was the importance of mentorship and networking in advancing women&rsquo;s careers.<\/p><p role=\"heading\">All panellists agreed that without support&mdash;without people willing to take risks on them&mdash;the path to leadership is significantly more challenging.<\/p><p role=\"heading\">&laquo;&nbsp;A mentor is not just a guide. It is someone who takes a risk for you, who opens a door at the right moment.&nbsp;&raquo;<\/p><p role=\"heading\"><strong>A call to action for bold and inclusive leadership<\/strong><\/p><p role=\"heading\">The panel&rsquo;s key message: women&rsquo;s leadership is not an exception&mdash;it is essential.<\/p><p role=\"heading\">Barriers still exist, and the event concluded with a call to action: building a future where pay equity, access to leadership roles and inclusion are no longer battles to be fought but established realities.<\/p><p role=\"heading\"><br><strong>Un appel &agrave; l&rsquo;action pour un leadership audacieux et inclusif<\/strong><\/p><p role=\"heading\">Le message cl&eacute; du panel &eacute;tait clair : le leadership f&eacute;minin n&rsquo;est pas une exception &ndash; il est essentiel.<\/p><p role=\"heading\">Les obstacles existent encore, mais ils tomberont progressivement gr&acirc;ce aux femmes qui osent, qui s&rsquo;entraident et qui refusent de se laisser enfermer par des barri&egrave;res invisibles.<\/p><p role=\"heading\">L&rsquo;&eacute;v&eacute;nement s&rsquo;est conclu sur un appel &agrave; l&rsquo;action : b&acirc;tir un avenir o&ugrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;galit&eacute; salariale, l&rsquo;acc&egrave;s aux postes de d&eacute;cision et l&rsquo;inclusion ne sont plus des combats, mais des r&eacute;alit&eacute;s bien ancr&eacute;es.<\/p><p role=\"heading\">Le PCFE met &agrave; disposition des donn&eacute;es et recherches cl&eacute;s sur <a href=\"https:\/\/wekh.ca\/research\/etat-des-lieux-de-lentrepreneuriat-feminin-au-canada-2024\/?lang=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l&rsquo;Etat des lieux de l&rsquo;Entrepreneuriat F&eacute;minin au Canada<\/a> et c&eacute;l&egrave;bre la r&eacute;ussite des femmes entrepreneures gr&acirc;ce &agrave; <a href=\"https:\/\/wekh.ca\/sinspirer-se-realiser\/?lang=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">S&rsquo;inspirer. Se r&eacute;aliser.
