Nous tenons &agrave; leur exprimer nos sinc&egrave;res remerciements et notre profonde appr&eacute;ciation pour leurs contributions importantes &agrave; la croissance et &agrave; l&rsquo;impact du PCFE.<\/p><p role=\"heading\">Sabine a amorc&eacute; son parcours au PCFE, en 2019, &agrave; titre de consultante pour l&rsquo;engagement francophone, avant de devenir directrice des communications et du marketing au Diversity Institute, puis d&rsquo;assumer plus tard la fonction de directrice g&eacute;n&eacute;rale au PCFE. Tout au long de son mandat, Sabine a jou&eacute; un r&ocirc;le essentiel dans l&rsquo;avancement de l&rsquo;engagement francophone, tant au Qu&eacute;bec qu&rsquo;&agrave; l&rsquo;ext&eacute;rieur de la province, en appuyant les op&eacute;rations du r&eacute;seau national de centres du PCFE et en repr&eacute;sentant ce dernier lors d&rsquo;innombrables &eacute;v&eacute;nements.Son leadership a contribu&eacute; &agrave; renforcer l&rsquo;&eacute;lan du PCFE et sa mission visant &agrave; promouvoir l&rsquo;innovation inclusive et l&rsquo;entrepreneuriat f&eacute;minin partout au Canada, en particulier au sein de la communaut&eacute; francophone. Elle manquera &eacute;galement &agrave; ses nombreux amis et aux entrepreneures et entrepreneurs qu&rsquo;elle a conseill&eacute;s et accompagn&eacute;s dans le d&eacute;veloppement de leurs entreprises.<\/p><p role=\"heading\">Shay a &eacute;galement &eacute;t&eacute; une contributrice importante au succ&egrave;s du PCFE au cours des cinq derni&egrave;res ann&eacute;es. Forte de plus d&rsquo;une d&eacute;cennie d&rsquo;exp&eacute;rience en tant qu&rsquo;entrepreneure, Shay a apport&eacute; une profonde passion pour le d&eacute;veloppement communautaire, le mentorat et la collaboration. Elle a jou&eacute; un r&ocirc;le d&eacute;terminant dans le renforcement des relations au sein du r&eacute;seau du PCFE, qui compte plus de 250 partenaires de l&rsquo;&eacute;cosyst&egrave;me, contribuant &agrave; amplifier les voix et les exp&eacute;riences des femmes entrepreneures ainsi que des organisations qui les appuient. Nous sommes reconnaissants de l&rsquo;engagement ind&eacute;fectible de Shay, ainsi que de l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie et de l&rsquo;expertise qu&rsquo;elle a apport&eacute;es &agrave; son &oelig;uvre.<\/p><p role=\"heading\">Nous adressons nos v&oelig;ux les plus chaleureux &agrave; Sabine et Shay alors qu&rsquo;elles embarquent dans de nouvelles perspectives, et nous les remercions pour leur leadership, leur d&eacute;vouement et l&rsquo;impact qu&rsquo;elles ont laiss&eacute;.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un nouveau chapitre pour le PCFE : Women Build Canada<\/strong><\/h2><p role=\"heading\">La Dre Wendy Cukier et la Dre Tania Saba continueront de diriger la recherche et la strat&eacute;gie en tant que copr&eacute;sidentes du PCFE dans sa prochaine phase, en mettant l&rsquo;accent sur la mani&egrave;re dont les entreprises appartenant &agrave; des femmes sont au c&oelig;ur des objectifs &eacute;conomiques, commerciaux et de durabilit&eacute; du Canada, ainsi que de notre Strat&eacute;gie nationale d&rsquo;adoption de l&rsquo;IA.<\/p><p role=\"heading\">Wendy est la fondatrice et directrice acad&eacute;mique du Portail de connaissances pour les femmes en entrepreneuriat (PCFE) et du Diversity Institute &agrave; la Toronto Metropolitan University. Experte reconnue &agrave; l&rsquo;international en innovation, en inclusion et en avenir du travail, Wendy est l&rsquo;autrice de plus de 200 publications et a dirig&eacute; des initiatives nationales visant &agrave; faire progresser la diversit&eacute; en entrepreneuriat, dans le secteur technologique et en leadership. Elle a dirig&eacute; les travaux de recherche et de mobilisation du PCFE et a contribu&eacute; &agrave; int&eacute;grer une perspective fond&eacute;e sur le genre et la diversit&eacute; dans l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;&eacute;cosyst&egrave;me de l&rsquo;entrepreneuriat et de l&rsquo;innovation.<\/p><p role=\"heading\">La Dre Tania Saba est titulaire de la chaire BMO en diversit&eacute; et gouvernance &agrave; l&rsquo;Universit&eacute; de Montr&eacute;al, professeure titulaire et responsable du centre PCFE Qu&eacute;bec. Elle fait partie du r&eacute;seau depuis sa cr&eacute;ation. Ses recherches portent sur la diversit&eacute; en milieu de travail, l&rsquo;int&eacute;gration au march&eacute; du travail, le vieillissement, l&rsquo;&eacute;quit&eacute; entre les genres et les approches intersectionnelles du changement organisationnel. Chercheure respect&eacute;e et figure nationale en mati&egrave;re d&rsquo;&eacute;cosyst&egrave;mes inclusifs du travail et de l&rsquo;entrepreneuriat, elle a collabor&eacute; &eacute;troitement avec le milieu universitaire, les gouvernements et les r&eacute;seaux d&rsquo;entrepreneuriat pour renforcer la perspective francophone au sein des travaux de recherche et des strat&eacute;gies d&rsquo;engagement du PCFE. Son leadership a jou&eacute; un r&ocirc;le d&eacute;terminant dans le renforcement de la capacit&eacute; bilingue du PCFE et l&rsquo;&eacute;largissement de sa port&eacute;e au Qu&eacute;bec et dans les communaut&eacute;s francophones du Canada.<\/p><p role=\"heading\">L&rsquo;&eacute;quipe du PCFE comprend:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La Dre Guang Ying Mo, directrice de la recherche, qui est responsable de superviser les travaux portant sur l&rsquo;entrepreneuriat et l&rsquo;innovation ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meagan Trush, directrice des partenariats, qui est responsable des relations gouvernementales, des commandites ainsi que de la cartographie de l&rsquo;&eacute;cosyst&egrave;me du PCFE et des activit&eacute;s de mobilisation ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deirdre O&rsquo;Beirne-Rosaeg, gestionnaire des communications, qui dirige les communications bilingues et les strat&eacute;gies num&eacute;riques du PCFE.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p role=\"heading\">En plus de notre petite &eacute;quipe, dynamique et hautement performante, elles sont appuy&eacute;es par nos coordonnatrices r&eacute;gionales : Roz Lockyer, chef de la direction de PARO ; Elizabeth Cleland, directrice g&eacute;n&eacute;rale de l&rsquo;Impact Hub Ottawa ; Dre Suzanne Gagnon, doyenne par int&eacute;rim de la I.H.
