Dre Mo s&rsquo;est pench&eacute;e sur les donn&eacute;es du march&eacute; du travail, qui r&eacute;v&egrave;lent que, bien qu&rsquo;elles soient plus instruites, les femmes immigrantes affichent un taux de ch&ocirc;mage presque deux fois sup&eacute;rieur &agrave; celui des femmes n&eacute;es au Canada (7,6 % contre 4,1 %). C&rsquo;est chez celles qui d&eacute;tiennent un dipl&ocirc;me universitaire que l&rsquo;&eacute;cart est le plus marqu&eacute;, &agrave; 4,7 points de pourcentage. Les femmes immigrantes sont &eacute;galement plus susceptibles d&rsquo;occuper un emploi &agrave; temps partiel (15,8 %) que les femmes n&eacute;es au Canada (14,9 %). Dre Mo a toutefois soulign&eacute; que, selon un r&eacute;cent sondage men&eacute; avec l&rsquo;Environics Institute et le Centre des Comp&eacute;tences futures, les femmes immigrantes (46,2 %) et les hommes immigrants (48,2 %) sont davantage susceptibles d&rsquo;avoir recours &agrave; l&rsquo;IA pour accomplir des t&acirc;ches au travail que l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;&eacute;chantillon (36,7 %).<\/span><\/p><p role=\"heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les femmes immigrantes de premi&egrave;re g&eacute;n&eacute;ration sont plus susceptibles de s&rsquo;inqui&eacute;ter de l&rsquo;automatisation &agrave; court terme des emplois (50,7 %) comparativement &agrave; 44,6 % des hommes immigrants de premi&egrave;re g&eacute;n&eacute;ration et &agrave; 41,6 % de l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;&eacute;chantillon.
