Ryley Humphry

At 25, Ryley Humphry’s battle with anorexia had taken a turn for the worse. That’s when Humphry decided to check herself into a residential treatment centre and take control over her health. Two years later, Humphry found herself in better shape and ready to assist the Laid Back Snacks team (formerly Naked Snacks) in increasing grocery sales. Today, Humphry serves as the co-owner and vice-president of sales at Laid Back Snacks, the healthy alternative to junk food now found in more than 175 vendors across the country, including Whole Foods, Urban Fare and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. In 2019, Laid Back Snacks was the official snack supplier to the 2019 TED conference. Humphry was also selected for the 30 Under 30 award by BC Business in 2020.
