Dr. Caroline Power

Caroline Power is the CEO of Canadian HR Solutions, a company that aims to make workplaces better in Canada through training, access, and innovation. She began her career in the financial services sector and quickly rose to success. Dr. Power decided to take on a new challenge after facing a career roadblock and began teaching part-time in the post-secondary sector. She then launched Canadian HR Solutions in 2010 while earning her second master’s degree in Adult Education. Dr. Power eventually transitioned out of the corporate world and took on various academic administration roles in multiple post-secondary institutions. Canadian HR Solutions now has three businesses under its banner: Sensitivity Training Canada, Worldwide Workplace Learning, and the Canadian HR Academy. Through these businesses, they offer professional development courses and programs, sensitivity training, and self-directed courses in multiple languages. Caroline was awarded the Inspire Award in 2022 by the Universal Women’s Network.
