Allison Venditti

Allison Venditti is a career coach and human resources professional in Toronto. She is the founder of Moms at Work, an online platform that connects working mothers. Moms at Work operates a compensation-transparent job board, which is currently transitioning to a job newsletter. They also offer career coaching workshops, speaker series, and employee resource group development. Allison earned a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of Toronto. She has over 15 years of experience helping women grow their careers. She has personally advised over 800 individuals. Moms at Work has over 10,000 members, and over 50 employers have signed up for their job board. Allison was featured on the Globe and Mail’s 50 Changemakers list in 2022.
