Sylvie Rochette is the founder of Epicure, a company that provides healthy meal solutions and promotes good food and healthy living. Sylvie started Epicure in 1997 with the goal of sharing her own healthy eating solutions with others. Today, her daughter Amelia Warren is the CEO and the company continues to focus on providing time-starved families with delicious and healthy meal options. Epicure is dedicated to using only real, whole ingredients and educating their community on how to eat healthier and live better. The company’s mission is to change the course of the next generation’s wellness and relationship with food. Epicure has also begun a subscription service to drive recurring revenue and has seen significant growth in recent years – since 2018, when the company was turning over $50–60 million, sales have more than doubled.
