Katherine Berry is the co-founder of Allocadia, a leading financial and performance management and marketing resource tool. In partnership with her twin sister Kristine Steuart, the company has catapulted into success in its 12 years of operations and counting. Under Katherine’s leadership, Allocadia has achieved 30% growth in its operations year over year, 95% annual gross retention, and 109% net retention, servicing internationally acclaimed companies such as Unilever and Philips. Katherine bootstrapped Allocadia to $1 million in revenue and raised over $30 million in funding overtime. The company prides itself on over 150 gender-diverse employees, with 50% to 90% women leading in board, executive, and technical roles. In 2022, Allocadia was acquired by Uptempo and merged with BrandMaker and Hive9, innovative companies in the marketing performance management space. Katherine was named one of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 on behalf of Allocadia.
