Crystal Wong Kruger

Crystal Wong Kruger, the founder of LIOHAN (Living In Our Here And Now), created her startup to help families create genuine moments of deep connection throughout their busy weeks by using modern technology and knowledge. Her inspiration came from her own experience of juggling a hectic schedule of chauffeuring her young children to different extracurricular activities seven days a week, and feeling like she was becoming distant from them. LIOHAN focuses on delivering these experiences to encourage parent and child interaction through multimedia content via an app, with the beta version soft launched on Family Day in 2022. LIOHAN’s goal is to bring people together and to families to embrace and celebrate developing a deeper bond, appreciation, and understanding of each other. Crystal has been recognized by the industry for her work and was named one of the 21 Asian Entrepreneurs Who Are Shaking Up Canada by StartUp Canada.
