Maureen Lucas

Maureen Lucas is the founder and former President of LucasWorks! Recruitment and Human Resources Specialists, now known as Agilus Work Solutions. Maureen launched LucasWorks! in 2004, offering expert services in administrative and professional employee search. She originally opened the firm in Windsor, Ontario, and later expanded to London and Kitchener. When she was the president of her company, LucasWorks! was recognized for business excellence and growth nine times by Profit Magazine. The firm was acquired by Design Group Staffing Inc. in 2017, leading to Maureen’s retirement after a 13-year career as the company’s leader. Now, she serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the EPICentre at the University of Windsor.
