She graduated from Algoma University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, specializing in Marketing and Human Resources. Rhaelyn is passionate about positively impacting people’s lives, which led her to co-found Mintier with her business partner Jessica Donati. The product was developed to solve the problem of stale, short-lasting breath fresheners, and has since been recommended by nutritionists and dentists. Mintier has gained media attention, being featured in publications such as Taste Toronto, Girlboss, and Breakfast Television. Mintier is fully funded on Kickstarter in less than 24 hours and is made with natural ingredients, is sugar-free, vegan, and keto-friendly. Through her work at Mintier, Rhaelyn has demonstrated her entrepreneurial skills and her ability to bring innovative and impactful products to market.
