Amy Kizaki

Amy Kizaki is the co-founder of Kitskitchen Health Foods, a guilt-free soup company. Although she wasn’t an avid cook when she met her co-founder, she quickly hopped on board to create the health-conscious, locally-sourced product. With a product that is wheat and dairy free, with locally-sourced organic ingredients and boasting many plant-based options, they filled a gap in the health food market for nourishing and filling meals. They opened the business in 2014, making their soup in a rented commissary before outsourcing production to local facilities. They now sell their soups at some 70 stores in Western Canada and in select locations in Ontario.
