As a child, Dana always loved helping her mom set up to entertain company. It was no surprise, then, when she went to culinary school and pursued a career in catering. When her clients began inquiring about enjoying her food at home, Dana pivoted and opened Dana Shortt Gourmet. Her storefront offers a variety of frozen and shelf-stable gourmet foods, as well as chocolates and gift baskets for special occasions.
