Dolly is the President and CEO of CSPN, the Customer Service Professionals Network, a customer experience consultancy. She has been in the customer service industry for over 20 years. Dolly founded CSPN after seeing an opportunity in the 1980s: that continuous improvement in customer service would provide companies with a competitive advantage. Dolly’s company guides customer service improvement by offering consulting and training programs that help organizations develop their customer experience and build brand loyalty.
