Jaclyn McPhadden

Jaclyn McPhadden is the co-founder of RecycleSmart. After witnessing the impacts of climate change firsthand in the arctic and antarctic, she was motivated to make a difference in how companies manage their waste and recycling. While completing her MBA, she co-founded her startup RecycleSmart which uses smart technologies to get real-time data on a company’s recyclable waste and is Canada’s largest network of smart recycling containers. Her company sees a glass half-full when it comes to waste management, and their optimism has been rewarded with growth.
