She founded Fairway Divorce Solutions, Canada’s first national divorce company where she continues to serve as CEO. Karen As a Chartered Mediator, she developed a step-by-step divorce process from start to finish. The Fairway model was franchised in 2008, and there are locations across Canada from B.C. to Ontario. Her unique resolution model works with high net worth clients to successfully move people through emotionally and financially complicated divorces.
