Lana Novikova

Lana is an innovator and entrepreneur with a long career in market research and an award-winning portfolio of research inventions. She designed, executed and managed hundreds of research studies for dozens of clients in a wide range of industries, always pushing to understand the “deep why” behind human decisions. In 2015, Lana founded Heartbeat AI, an Emotion Analytics platform that reveals insights into human behaviour. In 2018, she launched the powerful HX Platform and API, and expanded into new sectors: employee experience, healthcare and citizens experience. Today, Lana is focused on scaling her business globally and building an ecovillage in Central America.
