Maeghen Cotterill

Maeghen is the CEO and President of 5 Elements Martial Arts, a 5500 sq foot fully equipped martial arts/fitness studio with over 1000 active athletes, and the main Team Canada training centre. Maeghen is an 11 Time World Champion in Kickboxing and Sport Karate, and World Medalist in Traditional Japanese, Korean and Chinese Forms. She is also a Motivational and Public Speaker, coordinator for Corporate Health and Wellness, corporate team building, and group corporate self defence. Maeghen is a recipient of Avenue Magazine’s Top 40 under 40, and the Winner of the Agent of Change Award for Green Sparrow Care.
