Sweet but troubled, Megan was dismayed that the local options to train her dog consisted of harsh methods because he was viewed as aggressive. Megan took formal training and opened Dogma to lead the change that she sees as necessary, to lead by example with reward-based training and positive reinforcement. Her business is not just about the bottom line – she is a stalwart advocate for meaningful change in the industry and for more stringent regulation.
