Nora Molina

Nora is a founding partner at BroadView Communications Group Ltd., a boutique marketing firm specializing in strategic marketing and communications. Nora’s role has focused on providing management and contract support to small-to-medium enterprises for strategic initiatives related to marketing and communications. Nora’s work goes beyond the scope of a traditional communications firm, providing coaching, employee engagement and team development, and stakeholder relations, and change management. Prior to launching Broadview, Nora had extensive leadership experience in the postsecondary education and nonprofit sectors.
