An entrepreneur from the get-go, Rebecca Taylor spent twenty-five years building a successful clothing distribution business before her heart called her back to her greatest joy: preparing food in the Caribbean style to share with family and friends. It took six years of modifying and expanding on recipes handed down from her mother and grandmother, and experimenting with spices and flavours to produce Miss ‘P’s ready to use Pastes, Sauces or All Purpose Seasoning Mix.
