Entrepreneurial leadership is a relatively new and growing area of interest and study. This kind of leadership plays a critical role in the success of the new business venture. Recognizing something as new, of course, requires a foundational knowledge base. The author utilized the Management Competency Inventory (MCI) as a basis for conceptualizing the entrepreneurial leadership and the law in the context of EE, particularly for the graduate students within the business management area. This new concept may also serve as the starting point to rethink the new landscape of EE at HEIs in Indonesia in order to promote graduate students to be the next wave of Indonesian educated entrepreneurs.Read More
