ICYMI: Women Entrepreneurship Loan Fund Program Application Info Session

The Honourable Mary Ng, Minister of Small Business, Export Promotion and International Trade, recently announced the launch of a call for applications to administer the program for the Women Entrepreneurship Loan Fund, a key element of Budget 2021’s commitment to accelerate the Women Entrepreneurship Strategy by helping more women entrepreneurs access the funding they need to start and grow their businesses.

The Government of Canada is currently seeking applications from not-for-profit organizations with significant experience in the management and delivery of loans to deliver this Program. Entrepreneurs will be able to apply for loans in the coming months.

To answer questions about the program and application process, the Women Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub (WEKH) hosted an information webinar in collaboration with Innovation, Science, and Economic Development Canada (ISED.)
