Andrea Zand

Andrea Zand is the co-founder and Head of Operations and Security at FISPAN, a Vancouver-based financial service that connects banks to a business’s ERP environments. Andrea studied Communications and Media Studies at Simon Fraser University, as well as Business Administration at the University of Fraser Valley. Andrea leads a team of 95 employees at FISPAN, experiencing a 25% headcount growth between 2020 and 2021. As her company expands, they aim to grow their team and continue innovating technology that fits their clients’ banking needs. In 2022, Canada’s Top 100 named FISPAN among Canada’s Top Small and Medium Employers.
