Caroline Codsi

Caroline Codsi is a Lebanese-born Canadian who has had a successful career in the corporate world before devoting her time to the non-profit organization La Gouvernance au Féminin, which she founded in 2010 and currently serves as its president. The organization’s mission is to promote women’s access to decision-making positions in businesses in Canada and advocate for gender equality around the world. In recognition of her accomplishments, she has been appointed by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to the National Committee for Gender Equality in 2019 and has been recognized as one of the Top 20 Diversity Personalities in Quebec, Top 75 Great Canadian Immigrants, Top 100 Most Influential Women in Canada, and Top 100 Entrepreneurs Who Change the World. Caroline is a graduate of the University of Paris-Diderot (Paris-VII), HEC Montreal, and the Institute of Corporate Directors at McGill.
