Chantal Brine

Chantal Brine is the CEO of EnPoint, a company that helps organizations create and maintain high-impact mentorship programs. She is a thought leader on living with purpose, and abides by the following mantra: “Life is too short to do something that you are not passionate about.” Brine has a background in psychology and human resources, and has previously worked as a consultant, supporting leaders in the private and public sectors. She then took on a leadership role in a technology company before founding EnPoint in 2018, guiding 1,000,000 individuals through the power of mentorship. Brine is passionate about working with young professionals and women to make them more productive, motivated community members and leaders. She has been a speaker at various engagements, such as TedX and Women in Communications & Technology, and has been nominated for several awards recognizing her contributions to Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada.
