Dulcie Price

Dulcie Price is the founder and former President of Optimum Agra Services, a marketing company for grain farmers in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Dulcie has been working in the grain industry since 1979, and she retired from her company in 2022. She was the first woman to own a grain brokerage business in Western Canada, working with an exclusive client base at Optimum Agra Services. In addition, Dulcie has served as the Regional Coordinator on behalf of the University of Manitoba in the Women Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub. She has delivered presentations on women’s entrepreneurship, specifically in the agricultural sector. In 2021, Dulcie was named one of Manitoba’s 150 Women Trailblazers by the Nellie McClung Foundation.
