Elizabeth Audette-Bourdeau

Elizabeth Audette-Bourdeau is the CEO and co-founder of Welbi, a platform with the mission to reduce social isolation among retirees. She was inspired to address social isolation in seniors in assisted living, retirement communities, and in long-term care facilities after her own experience seeing her grandfather’s health and morale decline after moving into a retirement home. Welbi helps recreational workers build data-driven programs and eliminate administrative time so they can maximize their time spent with seniors. Since the surge of the COVID-19 pandemic, she has added features to enable contact tracing and combat social isolation during lockdowns.
