Erica Hakonson

Erica Hakonson is the founder and principal of Maven Collective Marketing. Previously working as a consultant as a side hustle, demand quickly grew. Needing more flexibility as a working mom, she now runs her own business-to-business digital marketing agency with an international consulting team. She has also recently co-founded a new venture, Orchestry, a software kit that works with Microsoft 365 to simplify and coordinate the digital workday for organizations and employees working from home.
