Erin McLeod is an Olympic soccer player from Alberta. She is also the co-founder of Peau de Loup, a Vancouver clothing brand that aims to redefine feminine etiquette in womenswear by creating functional, well-made, timeless apparel. Peau de Loup’s inception was motivated by Erin’s personal experience with the lack of gender diversity in the fashion industry. She joined forces with creative designer Adelle Renaud in 2013 to start a clothing brand that challenges gender norms and advances gender inclusivity. Erin uses her high-profile platform to advocate for 2SLGBTQI+ representation. Her brand is fuelled by community support and its influence has been recognized by media outlets like Refinery29 and The National Post.
