Haylie opened Warman Physiotherapy & Wellness in 2014, which has since grown into a multidisciplinary clinic with a second location in Saskatoon. Haylie has provided the local community with general Physiotherapy, treating both acute and chronic injuries as well as working extensively in pelvic health for women, men, and children, pre & post-natal care as well as infant development assessment and treatment. As a result of her work, she identified a need for an exercise class to help address issues with urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, anorectal disorders, and physiotherapy for pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction in an educated and practical environment.
