Heather Desjardins

Heather Desjardins is the Founder and Owner of The Open Door Educational Services, a platform that helps struggling students, online and within the Ottawa area, with specialized tutoring and assessments. She’s an experienced teacher who began specialized work with students with learning differences early in her teaching career, and has extensive experience and training in the field of learning disabilities. She is a Forty under 40 recipient from OBJ and the Ottawa Board of Trade, and the winner of the Ottawa Businesswoman of the Year in the Established Entrepreneur category, and The Bootstrap Awards’ Founder of the Year.
