Henriette Mvondo

BAI is a non-profit organization that works in synergy with various partners in the ecosystem to help new immigrants from all over the world to integrate positively into their new society. Henriette, the founder of BAI, is a community mover and shaker whose mission in life is to make an impact and to assist and motivate other people. Since she created BAI in 2017, the organization has worked to provide all newcomers with opportunities to raise the host community’s awareness of them and to find the information they need to make for a smooth settlement process in their new country, but also to fight prejudice by turning people’s differences into strengths and opportunities for learning.
