Holly Singer

Holly Singer is the founder and CEO of Milk Jar Candle Company, a Canadian apothecary that has become a household name in Calgary, Alberta. Holly began her journey in 2014, when she decided to explore her creative side and experiment with natural candle wax after learning that common candles on the market are filled with toxic paraffin wax bases. After a year of making candles as a hobby, Holly combined her desire to help people with her love of creativity and founded Milk Jar. Milk Jar has since become a role model for inclusive employment and community support, donating yearly to non-profit programs that support disabled people in Alberta. In 2022, Milk Jar Candle Company was selected as one of the 45 Women-Owned Canadian Businesses You Need to Know by Complex CA and recognized by Canadian SME Business Magazine.
