Jennifer Cross is the Co-founder of City BuildHERS, a platform that highlights women-led development projects and brings together voices from construction, design, engineering, real estate and policy to shape more inclusive cities. She also serves as President of the Canadian Club of Ottawa and sits on the Ottawa Board of Trade’s Economic Development Committee and the Ottawa Business Journal Advisory Board. Jennifer is a passionate city builder whose career has evolved around connecting people, projects, and ideas to strengthen communities, from social housing and fire stations to recreation centres and First Nation community infrastructure. As Director of Regional Development at Chandos Construction, she focuses on partnerships that deliver meaningful impact for people and place. Driven by collaboration and community, Jennifer champions the integral role women play in building the future of Canada’s cities and economy.
