Josée Dufour

Josée Dufour is a business professional with over 25 years of experience in project management and quality assurance. She is the founder and President of Groupe Axiomatech, a firm specializing in building maintenance. Her company delivers simple solutions to complex problems in construction by offering personalized services and skills of trained experts. Josée holds a Bachelor of Science in biology and a Master of Science in bioethics from the Université de Montréal. Before founding Groupe Axiomatech in 2007, she worked in the pharmaceutical and nuclear sectors. She stepped into the construction industry with the purpose of making eco-responsible contributions and advancing gender diversity in the field. She is the President of Elles de la Construction, a professional enrichment program for women in construction. Josée was recognized by Evol as one of 25 Leaders of Impact in 2022.
