Karen Vanduyvendyk

Karen Vanduyvendyk is the owner of Dutch Growers Home & Garden, a family-owned and operated business that specializes in plants and gardening. She has a passion for horticulture and decided to open her own Dutch Growers Home & Garden location in Regina, Saskatchewan. Karen started as a greenhouse employee while earning her degree at the University of Saskatchewan and has been with the company for many years. Along with her family, Karen runs the garden center and offers the province’s most extensive collections of annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs, roses, and tropical plant material. In 2020, Dutch Growers moved to a new 15-acre location outside of Regina to expand the business and improve the garden center experience for both customers and staff. That same year, Karen was awarded the ABEX Business of the Year Award by the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce.
