Karlyn Percil-Mercieca is the CEO of KDPM Consulting Group, a consultancy that seeks to create safe workplaces where Black and Indigenous women of colour can thrive. KDPM boasts high-profile clients including the City of Toronto, Deloitte, Starbucks, and many of Canada’s leading banks. KDPM provides resources and events that advance racial equity and inclusion in the workplace, including leading psychological research on creating safe workplaces for Black women. Karlyn is also a life coach, motivational speaker, and a contributing lifestyle expert on Cityline.
