Kristina McDougall

Kristina McDougall is an executive recruitment professional. She is the founder and Principal of Artemis Canada, a service that partners with technology companies to innovate recruitment solutions and conduct executive searches for the innovation economy. In 2022, The Globe and Mail listed Artemis Canada among Canada’s Top Growing Companies. Kristina founded her company in 2013, and she operates it in Waterloo, Ontario. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and International Business and a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and Entrepreneurship, both of which are from Laurentian University. In addition to her work at Artemis Canada, she is an executive recruiter and principal consultant at Hirefully, a service in Toronto.
