Liz Nandee

Liz Nandee is the owner and designer behind Basic Black Designs Inc, a stage and set design company. An interior designer, Liz first entered the industry of set design when she heard that Oprah Winfrey was touring Canada. She tracked down a meeting with her producers and walked out with a contract for the set design of all of Oprah’s Canadian dates. Now, Liz’s client list includes celebrities and public figures such as Ellen DeGeneres, Michelle and Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Kim Kardashian, who tapped into Liz’s talent for creating stage designs that capture their unique personalities without overshadowing them.
