Lynn MacDonald is a police officer in Calgary, working as a Recruiting Unit Sargent. She is also the owner of Empowerment Inc, a self-defense and assertiveness instruction company. Lynn has instructed personal safety for over a decade, and prides herself on creating a safe, fun environment that allows her students to feel secure and grow their confidence. Dedicated to uplifting women in all aspects of life, Empowerment Inc goes beyond personal safety courses and also offers workshops for women on negotiation, assertive communication, and allyship.
