Erica Henderson and Melina Elliott met while working together at the University of Manitoba, where they identified an opportunity to fill a gap in the local health and wellness company by offering detailed body composition analysis. Both Erica and Melina have extensive experience in health and wellness, Erica as an x-ray technologist and fitness instructor, and Melina as a research coordinator working in the area of wellness of Canada’s older adult population. They both share a love of helping others, using body composition analysis as a tool of health management, and are both certified through the World Obesity Federation as obesity management counselors.
