In 1970, Myra began writing restaurant reviews for the local paper when she met her soon-to-be business partner, Carol Rosenfeld. Together they began importing gourmet food products, which they retailed in upscale department store Creeds and in Holt Renfrews across Canada. They soon expanded to manufacturing their own gourmet food products. 50 years later, Myra still heads up the business, which continues to sell condiments and toppings for elegant modern entertaining. Myra has published two cookbooks, and sells her products online in the US and Canada as well as wholesale to retailers across both countries.
