Natashia Allakariallak

Natashia Allakariallak is a multidisciplinary artist who was born and raised in Iqaluit, Nunavut. Her art specializes in themes of Inuit traditions and womanhood through printmaking, jewelry, and performance. She sells Inuit art and jewelry through her business Sailiniq, which is named after her daughter and the Inuktitut term for “to bring peace.” Motherhood and her traditional values are Natashia’s inspiration for her art and her entrepreneurship. In 2021, she competed in the Territories Pow Wow Pitch, where her business was a semi-finalist.
