Nicole Neuman jumped into her role as president of Synergy Engineering at a difficult time for the company – and just prior to the start of COVID-19. Neuman moved full steam ahead despite the challenges, and she’s been shaking things up in the business world ever since. Neuman brings to her role over 25 years of experience in materials handling industries along with international expertise in Wound Rotor Induction Motor Resistive Control Systems. Neuman is an active member of the engineering community and a globally recognized subject matter expert paving the way for other women engineers in a traditionally male-dominated space. In 2020, Neuman was selected as a winner for the RBC Canadian Entrepreneur Award in Innovation.
